Your role as Data Analyst

You’ll build the dashboards and insights that power decisions across BridgeFund. From customer behaviour and risk patterns to operational efficiency and product performance, the analytics you create will directly shape how we scale, serve our customers, and grow our business. You’ll join a compact, high-impact team of data analysts and analytics engineers who keep our dashboards sharp, our metrics reliable, and our stakeholders informed. Together you’ll turn business questions into data products, building everything from performance dashboards and customer analytics to data models that feed our lending platform. You’ll work closely with Product, Risk, Operations and teams across the lending journey, translating their needs into technical solutions that drive measurable impact. This is not a role where you execute predefined tasks. You’ll own analytics projects end to end, define what needs to be built, and proactively spot opportunities where data can unlock value. You’ll set the bar for quality and clarity, making sure every dashboard, every analysis, and every insight moves the business forward with confidence.

What your day to day will look like

• Build dashboards and data models that make complex information simple, visible, and actionable

• Analyse data to uncover insights that drive improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Own analytics projects from start to finish, from defining the problem to delivering the solution

• Work with the data team to maintain high standards for data quality, governance, and documentation

• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Participate in daily stand-ups, weekly planning sessions, and bi-weekly retrospectives as part of an agile team

• Spend time in the office to stay close to stakeholders and move fast on emerging questions and priorities

What you bring

You like solving real business problems with data. You know that great insights don't come from perfect datasets, they come from asking the right questions and working closely with the people who need answers. This is your background:

• At least 3+ years working experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data analysis

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis

• Experience setting up and executing analytics projects from start to end, not just executing predefined tasks

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Experience with data modelling and turning raw data into structured, usable datasets

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to explain data concepts clearly, while being analytical, thorough, and communicative
